To Barbara and family - I am so sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure working with Leon as his Secretary for the Assessment Appeals Board. He was a very caring person, always thanked me for my help. He always had a nice smile and asked how my family and I were doing. He loved to look at the pictures of my grandchildren on my desk and would make a very nice comment. He will be so missed!

To Noel and family.....my sincere condolences for your loss. Simply put, Leon was great guy and was a pillar to the community in so many ways. I mainly knew Leon through my folks who were investment clients of his.....we always thought he was looking out for the "little guys" in the investment world.....he always had great advice and suggestions....may a lifetime of memories comfort you at this most difficult time. Leon will be missed by all he touched.

So sorry to hear about this. I got to know Leon a little as a reporter, but after I joined county we got to be Farmers Market buddies, talking about local news and politics. That was one of the things about Leon, he made friends so very easily, and had no enemies I'm aware of. Great loss for the Lehigh Valley community.
