Linda C. Kuhn

1942 - 2020

Linda C. Kuhn, age 78, of Lewes, DE formerly of Allentown, PA passed away peacefully on Friday, December 11, 2020 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, DE with her family by her side after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Linda was born in Lansdale, PA on October 6, 1942 daughter of the late Harold and Sara (Bolton) Kulp. She graduated from North Penn High School in Lansdale, PA.

Ms. Kuhn worked in the insurance industry for over 23 years with the Guardian Insurance Company in Bethlehem, PA prior to her retirement. Linda had an infectious laugh that will never be forgotten. She loved her family and time spent with them creating memories. Linda also cherished her friends and looked forward to long chats and fun adventures. She was also very active with the Lewes and Rehoboth Senior Center and enjoyed exploring the world around her, on the bus trips that were arranged with the senior centers. Linda also loved animals, especially her canine companion, Rusty and two feline companions, Patches and Ruthie who provided unconditional love and support and were beside her throughout her illness. She was always a bright light in the lives of many and will be remembered for her fun-loving spirit.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Paul Detweiler. She is survived by two children, Kenneth Hunsicker and his wife, Marlene of Columbia Crossroads, PA and Julie Detweiler and her husband, David of Sellersville, PA; four granddaughters, Marta Weber and her husband, Braydn of Des Moines, IA, Emily Hunsicker and her fiancé, Tony Cozzie of Columbia Crossroads, PA, Sara Hunsicker and her fiancé, George Bourdages of Dunmore, PA and Erin Detweiler and her fiancé, Brendan Belcher of Lansdale, PA and a brother, Charles Kulp and his wife, Wendy of Harleysville, PA

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic a private viewing will be held at the Naugle Funeral Home in Quakertown, PA on Friday, December 18th at 12:00 PM. The interment will be held privately at the Sellersville Cemetery in Sellersville, PA.
