Loretta M. Murphy
Loretta M. Murphy, 65, of Steel City, Lower Saucon Township, died Tuesday, July 5, 2005 in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the wife of Walter A. Murphy. They just celebrated their 40th anniversary in April. Born in Springtown, she was the daughter of the late Milton and Lillian (Ehrig) Klotz. She was a member of the Steel City Mennonite Church. Survivors: In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughters, Tracy Graser of Bethlehem and Karen Erney and her husband, Kenneth, of Walker, Iowa; sons, Roy Graser and his wife, Susan of Bethlehem, Jeffrey Graser and his wife, Laura, of Hellertown and Brian Murphy of Bethlehem; sisters, Gloria Klotz and Nancy Lipski, both of Bethlehem, Shirley Lacey of Nashville, Tenn.; brothers, Henry Klotz and Milton Klotz, both of Bethlehem, George Klotz of Hellertown and Robert Klotz of Nashville; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Randy Keith Graser, sisters, Rose Smith and Barbara Klotz, and brothers, Kenneth and Paul Klotz. Services: 10 a.m. Friday, Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem. Call 7-9 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Contributions: Steel City Mennonite Church, 2137 Mixell Ave., Bethlehem 18055.
