He took care of my parents and I for 40 yrs. My mother and I are deeply sadden by his passing. He was a great doctor. To my mother there was no doctor like Dr.Totani. Take care of yourselves and remember all the happy memories.

I remember so many nights our father would take me and my 3 brothers up to Doc "T" house and we would run around and cause mischief. We always felt like we were at home and Mrs "T" would always take great care of us and give out mother whom we drove crazy " 4 boys can cause alot of trouble. I remember our father who had the upmost respect for "Doc" and considered him in a small circle of "True life long friends that valued what friendship ment. Doc was part of what we called the original "Rat Pack" of valley doc's along with our father and a small select group of doctors who were all beloved by their patients because of what I believe is the most important characteristic of great physicians "compassion" and a great love of people. I know he is up in the heavens now telling old stories with my Pop's with their stethoscopes round their necks making rounds together again. Rest in peace "Doc" "T" you have been and will always be beloved by our family and rank at the top of our list of what make the Best human beings while on this earth!! Honor and Respect always for you and your family from all of Dr Dominick Raso's children and Family!! Viva Italia!!!

Totani family, I am so sorry for your loss. "Doc" was a wonderful man and I will always have fond memories of him close to my heart. He was my Dr from the time I was born until he retired. A great Doctor who was always available to his patients. I particularly remember him for his kindness when I was a divorced mother living on a shoestring and he gave me meds from his pharmacy and did not charge me for the office visit because all of us were sick. I'm sure the angels gave you a huge welcome when you went home to Jesus. You truly lived out your faith.

Janet and family, John Callahan called me and informed me of Lou's passing.
I did not have much contact with Lou at PCOM. But our year of internship there was much more camaraderie. I feel Lou was always the more mature of the seven of us and was very dependable and responsible taking the time of our training seriously and giving good advice having experienced life more than some of us. He was always calm, reassuring, pleasant, and smiling.
Always enjoyed the few times after internship that we did get together.
Lou loved you Janet, his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
He was loved by his patients and I know he gave the best of care to them. He was from the "old school" as I like to say and I am sure his patients missed him when he retired and will miss him now.
May God grant you and your family comfort and strength in the days ahead remembering the blessing Lou was to you all - a good husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend.
Because of a commitment, I regrettably will not be able to attend the services of my fellow intern and colleague

I feel lucky to have fond memories of spending time with Uncle Lou, Aunt Janet, and all of the kids. Frozen custard, and riding in the backward facing seat of the station wagon were favorite times among many. Sofia, Ted and I wish the whole family peace and love, as they say goodbye to their resolute partner, mentor, provider, protector, and friend.

Doc was a great physician and my godfather as well. I remember him ever so well and remember when the office in Wind Gap was being constructed too; in fact, the memory I have is when the studs for the walls were just put up for the waiting room.
Doc had a kind heart and was a caring physician and person. He will be missed.
