Mary V. Koskey
Mary V. Koskey, 90, of Avona Heights, Wilson, died May 30 in Easton Hospital. She worked for Strongwear Pants and Mr. Pants, both formerly of Easton, before retiring from Strongwear in 1977. Previously, she worked as an aide in the Easton Home for Women and Eastwood Convalescent home, Wilson. Born in Jessup Feb. 4, 1914, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Sarah (Glen) Wargo. Her husband, Edward A. Koskey, who died in 1993. She was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, Easton. Survivors: Son, Edward A. Koskey Jr. and wife Alice Malia Koskey, and stepson, Richard Koskey and wife Lois, all of Easton; stepdaughter, Winifred Chiodo and husband Daniel of Palmer Township; grandchildren, Edward Koskey of Fairfield, Conn., Katherine M. Koskey of Allentown; stepgrandchildren, Susan Frinzi, Margaret DImperio, wife of Joseph, and Dean Chiodo, all of Palmer Township, Winifred Wagner, wife of Bryan of East Bangor, John Koskey, husband of Kelly of Easton, James and Thomas Koskey, both of Allentown, William George, husband of Deana of Quakertown, Melody Mason, wife of Thomas of Bath; stepgreat-grandchildren, Michael Frinzi, Jennifer Frinzi, Shawn Wagner and wife Christine, Krista Palkow, Emily Koskey, Paul DImperio, Casey George, Travis Mason, Brittany Mason; stepgreat-great-grandchild, Kyler Palkow. She was predeceased by a stepgreat-grandson, Matthew George. Services: 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Finegan Funeral Home, 1837 Washington Blvd., Easton. Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. Thursday, St. Bernards Catholic Church, Fifth Street, Easton. Call 7-9 p.m. today in the funeral home. Interment, Easton Heights Cemetery. Contributions: Suburban Rescue Squad, Freemansburg Avenue, Easton 18045 or ALS Association, 321 Northtown Rd., Suite 260, Ambler 19002.
