Ralph Dorshimer Obituary
Ralph L. Dorshimer, Sr., 79, of Allentown, passed away February 9, 2012 at his residence. His wife, Dorothy H. (Gladis) Dorshimer passed away in 1995. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Ralph J. and ElizabethB. (Hood) Dorshimer. He served his country honorably in the United States Army. Ralph was appointed as a firefighter for the Allentown Fire Department in April 1967 and retired in January 1992. Survivors: Son, Ralph L. Jr. and his wife Michele A. of Allentown; sister, Roberta Hassler and husband Matthew of East Greenville; brother, Donald and wife Joyce of Palmetto Bay, FL. Services: Honoring Ralphs wishes, there will be no services.The K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, Inc. is assisting with the arrangements.
