Ralph Shaffer Obituary
Ralph Edward Shaffer Jr., 74 lost his courageous battle to cancer at home on June 29, 2015 alongside his loving wife of 30 years, Jeannine Krivanek
Ralph was born on May 23, 1941 in Johnstown, PA son of the late Ralph E. and Gladys Harr Shaffer.
Ralph was passionate about music and a talented pianist. He began his career at Atlantic Richfield/Arco and worked for them as a Products Delivery Driver for over 25years. Ralph was a car enthusiast and a member of the Capital City Cruisers of Citrus Heights. He was a Jaffa Lodge Shriner for several years.
Ralph was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather to sons Michael Vincent, Gregg Edward; his wife Marti; and daughter Tani Graham Shaffer, PHD,her husband Jeffrey and treasured grandson, Cameron. He is also survived by brother, Larry Wayne and a cherished uncle to 17 nephews and 13 nieces.
A visitation will be held at Reichert's Funeral Home, Citrus Heights, CA 95610 on Thursday July 02 from 4pm to 8pm.Prayer services at 7:00 pm
Ralph's final resting place will be in Johnstown, PA.
In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made to UCDavis Cancer Center Research Depth Attn: Dr. Primo Lara

Jeannine, we are so very sorry for your loss. Even though Gary and I knew Ralph long before we met you, it was like I met a long lost sister. We will miss Ralph, he will always hold a special place in our hearts. He fought a long hard battle and is at peace now. You will always be in our prayers.
