Richard G. "Pappy Rick" Hahn, 66, of Bethlehem, died Thursday, February 9, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus. He was the husband of the late Karen A. (Wachter) Hahn. Born in Fountain Hill, September 13, 1950, Richard was the son of the late George R. Sr. and Joyce M. (Rohrbach) Hahn. He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War era with a rank of Corporal. Richard was employed as a millwright at Atlantic States Cast Iron Pipe Co. in Phillipsburg, NJ for 17 years before becoming disabled. Prior to that, he worked at the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 13 years. Survivors: Siblings, Donna Czik, George Hahn, Jr., Judith Constantino, Thomas Hahn, Sandra Hahn, David Hahn; step daughters, Christine Kreisher, Karen Monteiro, Kathy Smith, Jody Miller; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; predeceased by a brother, Guy Hahn and a step daughter, Caroline Dee Becker. Services: Family and friends may pay their respects 5:30 - 7:00 pm. Sunday, February 12, 2017 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 pm. The Rev. Keith F. Easley will be officiating.
