Ronald D. Hemler
Ronald D. Hemler, 70, of Catasauqua, died Sunday, October 5, 2008, in Cedarbrook, South Whitehall Township. He was married to Margaret L. Peg (Kovach) Hemler for 47 years before her death last January 27. Born in Allentown, he was the grandson of the late Ambrose and Estella Hemler. Ronald worked as a vocational instructor for the Northampton County Government Center for many years before retiring. He served his country in the Army. Survivors: Son, Timothy M., husband of Lynette Hemler of Concord, N.C.; daughter, Barbara, wife of Michael Heisey of Quakertown; three grandchildren, Quinn, Lauren, Drew. Services: 11 a.m. Friday, October 10, Brubaker Funeral Home Inc., 234 Walnut St., Catasauqua. Call 10-11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home. www.brubakerfuneralhome.com. I was so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I worked with him many years ago in the Print Shop at PIC. It was he who introduced me to the "wonderful world of printing"!
