Ronald Rothrock Obituary
Ronald J. Rothrock, 65, of Columbia Avenue, Palmerton, died early Tuesday morning February 21, 2012 in his home. He was the husband of the Lynette M. (Hunsicker) Rothrock since October 4, 1969. Born in Palmerton, he was the son of the late Albert J. and Esther M. (Billiard) Rothrock. Ronald worked as a quality control tech for Mid-Atlantic Canners Assn, Hamburg for 35 years. Later, he worked as a courier for Northeast Pharmaceutical, Lehighton, Harleysville Bank and the Lehighton Times News, retiring in 2007. He was a member of St. Johns Evangelical Lutheran Church of Towamensing, Palmerton. Survivors: Wife; sons, Michael J. and wife Nicolette of Pittsburgh, Msgt Jeffrey R. Rothrock, USAF, of Camp Mike Spann, Afghanistan; four grandchildren, Jacob, Samantha, Emily, and Zachary. Services: Memorial Services, 11 a.m. Monday, St. Johns Lutheran Church, PO Box 2915, 2915 Fireline Road, Palmerton, Pa. 18071. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday, Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Avenue, Palmerton and 10-11 a.m. Monday in church. Interment, Towamensing Cemetery, 3rd Street and Fireline Road, Palmerton.
