Rose Premecz Obituary
Rose Charles Premecz, 96, formerly of Whitehall Twp. and Allentown died Sunday, March 29, 2009 in Green Meadows of Allentown. She was the wife of the late Albin L. Premecz and the late Charles J. Charles. Born in Lynn, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Felix and Flora (Pellegrino) Fischer. Rose formerly owned the Charles Yarn Shop of Allentown and taught knitting and crocheting at the YWCA of Allentown. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church. Survivors: Son, Joseph J. Charles and wife Joan of Webster, N.Y.; daughters, Flora E. wife of Richard L. Becker of Palm Coast, Fla., and Virginia A. Charles of Toledo, Ohio; nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren and a great-great grandson. Services: Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the church. Call 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:15 a.m. Thursday in the Weber Funeral Homes, P.C., 502 Ridge Avenue, Allentown.
