I was sadden to hear the news about the passing of Ruby, who was very dear to my heart. Ruby was a student in my Child Development classes at JFK High School in Paterson were she developed a passion for working with young children. Ruby was more than a former student, she was my friend. To the family just know that "Earth has no sorrows that Heaven cannot heal". I will continue to pray for the family during your lost.

I am so sorry for the loss of this beautiful, loving, & hopeful daughter, sister, aunt, friend . I knew her only for a short time, but considered her a friend. We do not grieve as those who have no hope, for we know that we shall see her again.
I pray for you her family, friends that God will give you his peace and comfort you with his love.

Ruby - there's no words. No words for what you added to my life, or (even more so) what you added to Gavin's. It still doesn't feel real - like you're going to call us up and ask to speak to "the man in your life". Tell me he needs a haircut and some new sneakers. (It's not my fault his feet grow faster than he does!) You had a sparkle like no one I've ever met - all the love in the world for everyone you came in contact with. I miss you. Gavin misses you.

I sure miss seeing your face with the LVCC children in the morning , taking them to school. You loved those children as they were your own and they loved you. My girls had the pleasure of knowing you over the summer, when their class and your class went swimming and on field trips together. They had nothing but nice things to say about you and like many of the children and families from LVCC are heartbroken and at lost for words. I will miss seeing you around. My condolences and prayers go out to Ruby's family, co-workers, friends and LVCC families. Heaven has gained another angel. Your friends and coworkers here at the Allentown Health Bureau and Alliance Hall will miss you dearly.
