Shiela was a mom raising her 4 children two sons Austin & Cody Moyer and two daughters Kaylee age 12 and Skyler age 4 Bieber. She was predeceased by her parents Robert & Janine Fegely.
The family will not hold any services respecting Shiela's wishes.
