Mr. Stranzl was my history teacher in the ninth grade. Along time has passed since then, but I will never forget him,nor his passion for teaching and sharing of his knowledge, his hearty laugh and contagious smile. He was a "real" teacher who had a great gift for reaching his students. I appreciate what he gave to me,my love for history. My condolences to the family for their loss. My thoughts are with you.

Bill was always such a positive, honest, full of energy person. Every year for Lent he would give up beer and drop 14 lbs and waist line! amazing!
The Village Inn is gone but all of our happy memories of Bill Stranzel will live on with a smile.

Mr. Stranzl was a teacher of mine back in highschool and was not only a good teacher but a great help to me and my studies. I am sure he will be sorely missed. We extend our thoughts and prayers to his family.

William's brother Steve and I attended grade school and high school together. My brother Joe and Bill taught together in Junior High school. One year Bill and his father-in-law stayed at my house when they were in Indianapolis to attend the 500 mile race. My deepest sympathies to all the members of his family.
