DONNA M. LUBIC Donna M. Lubic, 64, of Washington, Pa., left this world on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at WHS Washington Hospital. Donna was born April 23, 1959, in New Martinsville, W.V., the daughter of Marilyn (Reusser) Ice and the late Harry Ice of Sardis, Ohio. She attended River High School in Hannibal, Ohio, and was a devoted, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Lubic enjoyed staying active by working out at the gym and going for walks. She also enjoyed camping and being outside, especially sitting in the sunshine on a bright summer morning, savoring a cup of coffee. She loved making her house look quaint and cozy. Donna equally loved doing this for her daughters, decorating their homes with the same warmth and attention she gave to her own. Donna is survived by her adoring husband of 28 years, Thomas M. Lubic. Also surviving are her mother, Marilyn; four children, Robert, Joseph, Lacy, and Stacey Birkheimer; two stepchildren, Justin (Krysta) Lubic and Valene (Bryan) Mason; three siblings, Bill (Kathi) Ice, Jane (Roy) Clegg, and Mark (Jackie) Ice; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild on the way. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 20, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Stonecreek Apartments Clubhouse located at 1 Clubhouse Circle, Washington, PA 15301. Arrangements are entrusted to William G.
