Debra Jane Wilson Allison, age 62, of Old Fort, North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at her residence.
A native of McDowell County, she was born on September 29, 1958, to the late Daniel Wilson and Mildred Wyatt Owenby.
Debbie was a hard worker who worked at Janesville for many years. She worked nearly every day of her life. She loved the outdoors and was a simple lady. She loved her family tremendously and was very active in the lives of her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Scott Allison; two children, Beverly Middleton (Daniel) and Kim Ogle (Heath); seven grandchildren; and five siblings, Tommy Owenby (Melissa), Freddy Owenby (Cindy), Revonda Calloway (Raeford), Harold Wilson (Debbie), and Danny Wilson (Rosetta).
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 03, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., at the Allison family residence, 1178 Moffitt Hill Church Road in Old Fort with the Reverend Heath Ogle officiating.
