Nona Eileen Bray Ford

Nona Eileen Bray Ford, age 76, of Marion, passed away Monday, Jan. 17, 2011 at her residence. Nona was born Aug. 12, 1934 and was a daughter of the late Frank Olus Bray and Dorothy Huntsinger Bray. She was a member of Bond Servant Fellowship. She was preceded in death by a brother, Alfred Huntsinger. Mrs. Ford is survived by two children, Nona Louise Sharpe of Asheville and Susan Marie Mancini of Bradington, Fla.; six siblings, Delmar Bray of Marion, Joy Clay of Buford, Ga., Marie Heller of Rock Hill, S.C., Frank Wiburn Bray of Asheville, Faye Wilma Phillips of Travelers Rest, S.C. and Floyd Douglas Bray of Barnersville. A funeral service will be held Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011 at 3 p.m. in Westmoreland Funeral Home Chapel, Marion, with Rev. Gary Capps officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Muddy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
