Imogene Kubin Obituary

IMOGENE "GENEE" KUBIN Imogene "Genee" Kubin, 86, of Wichita Kansas passed away on February 18, 2025. She was born on March 13, 1938 in Emporia, Kansas to her parents, Sam and Ella Richards. Genee is preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Ella Richards; her son, Micheal Peters; and her brother, Boris Richards. She is survived by her husband, Steve Kubin; her son, Troy Peters of Wichita; and her sister, Sharon Phar of Phoenix; 4 granddaughters, Tabor Peters of Denver, and Julietta, Maribella, and Charlotte Peters all of Wichita. Genee had a full career as a business manager in several dentist offices, she was also a Service Manager for 3 automobile dealerships, and a partner / owner at CS&S Graphics. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, March 1st at The Cozine Life Events Center in Wichita. Burial will take place at McPherson Cemetery at 11:00am on Tuesday, March 4th. Memorials have been established in Genee's name at Soroptimist International of Wichita, Kansas and to the McPherson Public Library.
