Aurora Peguero Obituary
Family was her priority; she attended many dance and piano recitals, ball games, and graduations. She delighted in each event and enjoyed celebrating the milestones in her family's lives. She relished annual family vacations to Cayucos and Alpine Lake when all her children and grandchildren would enjoy time together talking and laughing.
She had a passion for watercolor painting, sewing, canning and enjoyed using her computer skills to stay in touch with friends and cousins. In her earlier life she volunteered for various organizations including Girl Scouts, Our Lady of Mercy Parent Club, Sacred Heart Altar Society and Mercy Medical Center.
She is survived by husband Alfred, daughters Michelle Pecchenino (Garth), Deborah Clipper (Mike), son Alfred A. Peguero (Jonna) and daughter-in-law Audrey Peguero. She is preceded in death by her beloved son Richard and grandson William and granddaughter, Gabriella. She is also survived by nine grandchildren Darren and Paul Peguero, Heather, Joseph and Abigail Peguero, Marguerite Charles (Michael Charles) and Michael Clipper, Dante and Dominic Pecchenino. Aurora treasured moments with her siblings Lorraine Bingham, Rachel Foss, Ben Espinosa and Dolores Ornelas(deceased).
Visitation will be held at Ivers & Alcorn Funeral Home 901 W. Main Street, Merced on Friday November 1st from 4:00PM to 8:00 PM, with rosary beginning at 7:00 PM. Mass and memorial services will be held Saturday November 2nd at St. Patrick's Church 671 East Yosemite Ave. Merced at 9:00 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Peguero Family Agricultural Scholarship at Golden Valley High School, P.O Box 2188, Merced 95344.
