To Ray's Family.

I'm so sad for your loss. May God comfort you at this time with his peace that passes all understanding.

Ray's dedication and encouragement to students, kids, and young adults he encouraged to be students will be missed at Merced College, and the community.

Ray will always remain in the hearts and minds of those that new him as a gentle private person. His love for his family was so precious and private. He was a rare gentle giant, who touched many hearts and lives. I'm blessed to say he was a friend of mine.

Days will hold him in strong arms
Nights will clasp him in soft wings.

God Bless You and Comfort You
Today and always.

Dear Louise and family,

We were so saddened to hear the news. Ray was such an important mentor for Katie- he played a tremendously significant role in her life both in terms of her soccer career and her maturation into a caring young woman. We have such wonderful memories of the many years of soccer practices, games and tournaments with the Bejarano family. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am sorry for your loss. I too, will always remember him playing the guitar. My great aunt lived next door...and I remember Lita babysitting my siblings and I sometimes. I remember many happy and fun filled times at the Bejarano house, whether it was swimming, acting out little "skits/plays," or listening to Nature play his guitar. Nature was always nice to us. My prayers are with your family.

To Ray's Family,

May your precious memories bring solace as you adjust to life without Ray. He was an inspiration to students at Merced College and a gentle soul with whom I worked. I admired his ability to connect with the students as he helped them achieve further education. May he rest in peace.

To my cousin "Nature" who I respected very much even if I was older, never did I hear something come out of his mouth a bad word towards me or to anyone if he did it was not to hurt but to advice in a kind way, I grew up with him and Grace his sister who I love both very much . I will never foget him there is so much to say about him that I will never finish . May Jehovah always be with Wife "lita" and his family. I myself have faith I will see him in paradise.

Bejerano Family,
There is so much to say about the man whom everyone admired...He was the most humbled and giving man I have ever had the pleasure of knowing...He was always so full of life he enjoyed every minute of every day and never took anything for granted, he was such a wonderful person to all who knew him. My fondest memory of him will always be our sleepovers w/Autumn, I will never forget waking up to him serenading us with his guitar and beautiful songs. May the love of friends and family be your source of comfort to you at this time. Love~Jo Ann & Family

~The journey Ray set forth in his life is the reward that we all have received. I will always remember Ray as a kind and gentle jolly man. Even at the times he should have been upset with Autumn and I when we would hide riding inside the sweet pickles bus, he still managed to smile and laugh. There is definitely an angel left on your shoulders~
Louise, Michelle, Autumn, Ray and April and the rest of your beloved family may you find comfort with the beautiful memories he left behind.
