Ana Alvernaz Obituary
She is the beloved wife of the late Antonio Alvernaz. Loving mother of Aldina Pereira and husband, Antonio, Anna Bettencourt and husband, Antonio and Raul Alvernaz. Dearest grandmother of Natalie, Lucy, Laura, Liza, Anthony, Jessie, Celeste, David, and Paul. Adoring great-grandmother to 11. She also leaves behind Mary Jo Alvernaz, two sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews and cousins living here, on the east coast, and in the Azores.
Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation on Sunday, January 30, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at DARLING-FISCHER CHAPEL OF THE HILLS, 615 N. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos. Followed by a Visitation at 1:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service at 2:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 219 Bean Ave., Los Gatos. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 31, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, with burial at Los Gatos Memorial Park.
