Barbara Costa Obituary

Barbara Costa Age 68, passed away on May 2, 2005. She was a resident of Santa Clara for 44 years. Barbara is survived by her beloved husband Robert. Cherished mother of Dannette (Joe) Preite, Michelle Costa and Robert Costa. Loving grandmother of Aaron, Joey and Katie Rose. Barbara was Treasurer of the Santa Clara Valley Genealogy Society. She will be missed by all who knew her.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2005 at LIMA FAMILY SANTA CLARA MORTUARY, 466 N. Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara, Calif.

Dearest Costa family. Barbara will forever be in my heart. She was a wonderful neighbor and friend. She knew how to deal with lifes challenges and was an inspiration to me. I will miss her too.Love to you Bob, Danette, Michele and Robby, my heart goes out to you as you morn the loss of a wonderful woman you called mom.

May you all draw on the strenghts and let the memories of Barbara live on through her legacy.

Mams I hope you like it in that big bunko hall in the sky well i am just sittin at home when I herd you could sign a gest book it felt like I owed you to sign it and me my mom just watched a movie called the five people you meat in hevan and i think that you could meet 5 people in hevan mabey even you met five people before realy entering hevan and they probally all had to do with your wonderfull expirences,acoplishments and goals and all the wonderfull people you ment along your journey called life I was given a picture of you when i was just a little baby and you held me in my arms that picture will always be safe and i will never let anything happen to it

I've know Barbara for about 20 years. We played together every third Tuesday. I will miss her, as I'm sure the entire Bunco group will. My sympathies go out to her family, please know she was loved by many. May she rest in peace with God.

My auntie Barbara was a very caring and patient women who always would listen to anything you had to say. Her home was always a place you could go to and feel very welcome and comfortable at any given time. She never complained about any pain she would be feeling and would be there for you at any given time...the family will truely miss her.
