Resident of Hillsborough
Devoted father of Conor and Brennan, beloved son of Cornelius and Bobbie Doherty, loving brother of Kristi Mollard, caring brother in law of Robert Mollard, cherished nephew of Valerie O'Brien, John Charles Rogers, and James Frazier and Gaye Rogers, and Uncle "Wonka" to nephews Cole and Sam Mollard.
Greg touched many lives with his generous and caring nature. He had a brilliant and creative career and a strong work ethic.
He was born October 3, 1962 in Richmond Heights, St. Louis County, MO. His early education in San Francisco was at Stuart Hall and St. Ignatius College Preparatory. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. in Software Engineering and a minor in Physics. Greg served his professional career at Oracle Corporation. He loved his family and friends. He treasured his dogs Luke and Reba. He enjoyed traveling, especially with his sons, was a voracious reader, and a dedicated moviegoer. He loved to share these passions with those he loved.
A memorial service for family, colleagues and friends will be held at Oracle on Friday, March 20, 2015. If you wish to attend, please contact his mother Bobbie @ [email protected]. The family suggests donations to the charity of your choice in memory of C. Gregory Doherty.
