I feel fortunate to have known Chuck as a friend, associate, and supervisor for 50 years at school, on the job and in retirement. I have many memories I will hold from those periods. He always assisted in getting the job done and in personal ways. He had a gruff direct manor, focused on the job but was always supportive. He was effective at technical management and we were privleged to have worked together.

My heartfelt condolences for your family's loss. Just learned of Chuck's passing.
Chuck is an enduring memory for so many. My family knows him but never met him. It was a great pleasure to work with him many years ago. The most fun was when he dropped by to talk cars. Not a single Jensen Healy has ever been seen without me talking about Chuck Sinclair.
God Bless you all.

From one of the many engineers who were mentored by Chuck, I express my appreciation for his example and my sympathies to his family. Much of my professional success is due to his encouragement and support. He was a remarkable human being and a pleasure to work for and with. May the good lord bless and comfort his family.

Chuck will be missed! Having worked with him for a number of years I remember his friendliness, jokes, conscientiousness and enthusiasm. His family has our love and prayers. I bought his tent trailer as his wife told him to get rid of it. Ha! We had wonderful times traveling California and Arizona. All our love!

Chuck retired not too long after I was hired. What will always stay wtih me is his confidence and sense of humor. In the office, when you saw him, somehow you knew that everything was OK. I loved the stories he told at his retirement party; what a Maverick! And he was always funny at the other social events when I saw him.
He rememberd my name and always had a smile for me. I am hopeful that SOMEONE I know will remember the drink he ordered at the bar. "Do you know how to make a Sinclair?"
Chuck was missed long after he retired from Pratt & Whitney; my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Carolyn and Family,
It was my privilege to work for Chuck during his last couple of years at CSD. He was sometimes gruff, but always kind and fair. Working on his retirement party, complete with butterflies and bagpipes, was great fun. I am very glad I was able to visit with you and Chuck a few weeks ago. His sense of humor and frankness were exactly the same as always. As ill as he was, he made me laugh!
After 52 years of marriage, you no doubt have many wonderful memories. May those memories bring you comfort. God bless you all.

Carole and I are deeply saddened by the passing of Chuck. You and your family have been and will continue to be in our prayers
I worked with and for Chuck for nearly 40-years. His dedication to his staff and to CSD itself has been invaluable to both me and the others who have worked with and for him. I have especially enjoyed our relationship because we not only grew to respect each other, but we both added spice and entertainment to our jobs by continually pulling each other's chain (in jest).
His contributions to the aerospace industry have been huge. This not only includes his technical contributions, but also his management leadership and, very importantly, critical negotiations that he successfully completed for the betterment of CSD and its employees.
Chuck will be missed by many throughout the Aerospace Industry.
