Resident of San Jose
Christopher died tragically on Saturday evening July 25, 2015 in San Jose.
He was born in San Jose on January 8, 1996 to Mark Christopher and Julie Priest Keil.
Growing up Chris learned to play Hockey; he played with the Santa Clara Valley Hockey Association Blackhawks – Shark Ice Fremont/San Jose for 13 years and Roller Hockey at Silver Creek Sports Complex with the Leigh High School Longhorns and later Adult Teams. Chris attended Leigh High School and graduated from Boynton High School in 2014. During high school and following graduation he attended the MetroED Central County Occupational Center and became certified in Diesel Mechanics (2014) and Welding (2015).
Chris loved Hockey; classic cars and current high-end sports cars; attending car shows with his dad and his mom; Christopher willingly helped his friends anyway he was able and would engage in conversation with anybody.
He is survived by his loving and devoted parents Mark Keil and Julie Priest Keil; sister Rebecca Jayne Keil; grandparents Elli Keil, Bonnie Priest and William Priest, Lupe Castillo and Manuel Castillo; great grandfather Harlan Johnson; aunts and uncles Heidi Castillo, Ron Castillo, Ken Priest, Theresa Priest, Kelly Priest, Velma Priest and Joanna Priest. Christopher is also survived by many loving cousins and extended family.
A Celebration of Chris' Life will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015, 5:00 pm, at the Silver Creek Sports Complex, 800 Embedded Way, San Jose, CA 95138. Memorial Contributions to http://www.gofundme.com/b33bddxj3b.

some years have now gone by ... I know you are still having some grieving ... I hope you have moved on some ... it is so hard to lose a loved one of ours... I cannot understand what your feelings are today ... but the loss of any child has to be so hard... my love to you and prayers always ... he is watching over you and I am sure you feel it ... I feel my loved that have gone home with me at times ... there is a breath of air, a tree waving in the breeze ...a scent ... " TILL WE MEET AGAIN "
