Frank Baldwin Obituary
August 3, 1925-June 9, 2013
Resident of San Jose
Frank, 87, passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord Sunday morning after a brief illness. We are comforted knowing we will see him again in heaven. An elementary teacher for 39 years, Frank retired in 1989 from the Cupertino School District. He was a WWII Navy veteran, was active in his church teaching Sunday school, and enjoyed singing in the choir and organizing church camping trips. His interests included dogs, camping, travel, gardening and playing the piano and organ. He was a dear husband to Evanelle for 66 years and a father to Jon (Karen), David (Barbara), Lorna (Larry), and Beth (Don). His 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren were a joy to him. Jon, his oldest son, preceded him in death last year. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 13 at 10 am in the chapel at Lincoln Glen Manor at 2671 Plummer Ave., San Jose.
