Jeanne and family
I was sorry to hear the news of Frank 's passing. He was always one of my favorite of my dad's friends and I enjoyed his stories , his laughter, his jeep with the Potuguese flag proudly displayed and hunting with he and my father up at the deer cabin. I am sure My dad is welcoming his old buddy to heaven and sharing some stories of the old days in the Santa Clara Valley.
Patty and I send you our love and condolences.

Jeanne and Family,
Frank was a great inspiration to everyone that met him.
When property owners came to the Planning Department
they expected to meet a typical government bureaucrat,
but instead Frank would say "How can I help you today"
Frank made government serve the property owners.
I was in the Assessor's Office, if the person had a tax
question Frank would personally escort them to my office.
Memory of Frank will never fade because of all the lives
he touched in such a positive way. Our love and prayers are
with you all.
In Sympathy, Al & Marian Carlson

I have not been in touch with Frank for some time, unfortunately we get busy in our lives and lose touch. It is my loss that I have not kept in touch with Frank and Jeanne. My time spent with Frank will never be forgotten, he was always there with a helping hand and great person to talk with to get advice. He had many stories and laughs to share. There is not enough I can say about the goodness of Frank Machado. I will miss him and he will always be in my prayers and thoughts. Good bye my friend.
