Hi, We are moving from San Jose after 20 years. I am removing and packing up all of our paintings and prints. I found White Rock Lake and Googled Gladys Robinson. It has been in my wife's office for 15+ years. I just wanted to say I'm sorry for your loss. The painting will have a new home in Pioneer shortly. We really like the painting!

Oh Dear! I just found this news! I am one of her art collectors. I love her work and have many of her prints and cards, plus one original that I truly treasure!!!
I am so sorry to hear that she has left us. Still I am sure she is enjoying Heaven. I imagine she has plenty to paint there!
My condolences to her family. I am so happy that you were the ones she loved most and you got to share her life and know all the beauty inside her.
I am sure you all have wonderful memories!
Keep sharing them with each other. Know that the best memories last forever!
I hope she did not have much pain in passing.
May you feel her presence when you need her. Blessings always!

My mom (Joyce Dirksen Pitts) was a cousin to Gladys. Their fathers were brothers (Bill and Art). I remember Gladys and Lloyd as kind, loving, and caring people. Family was important to them. My mom has wonderful memories of her younger days together with Uncle Bill, Aunt Fern, Gladys, and Joan at family visits for Thanksgiving or family reunions. I know Gladys will be greatly missed. She was a wonderful lady.

Mark and I were sad to hear the news of Gladys passing. We remember Lloyd and Gladys as being so cheerful, humble, and how much they loved God and their family. We know that she is in Paradise, sitting with Lloyd at the feet of Jesus and worshiping! We are praying for your family during this difficult time for God's peace and comfort to be with you.
