I was shocked to her about this from his sister. We all grew up together in the same neighborhood and as a kid I lived at the Ratcliff home. I only wished that we had kept more in touch as we became older. I am truly sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry to here about Howie. Howie was a very good friend of mine growing up. He treated me as a little sister and I called him my brother, because I have none. We used to do so much together. I can not tell you how sorry I am to here of his passing. I have so many memories of him I don't knowe where to start. One that stands out is he always gave me his jacket when ever I was cold, and always gave me a shoulder to lean on. He was a very dear friend and I regret not being able to find him.
You have my deepest sympathies. I cared for him very deeply.
