Jeff/coach Whipple was a great guy to our son Brady on his Pop Warner team, and long after. He came to watch Brady at his wrestling tournaments well after Brady´s time playing for Coach. We would watch these matches for hours along with Jeff and overwhelmed by his support and camaraderie
We are so sorry to just learn of his passing and would have liked to have gone to his service.

Jeff will be hugely missed. He talked so often and warmly about trips to see his kids. And he was always interested to hear about how others' kids were doing, which I really enjoyed and appreciated. My thoughts are with his family.

I am going to miss seeing Jeff at the office. We would have "kid catch up discussions" if we both arrived early. He was very proud of the Whipple kids. His kids and his football teams/players were favorite topics of discussion.

I know Jeff´s loved ones are faced with the enormity of loss that my words feel inadequate to comfort.
I only knew Jeff for two years, but I do know that he cared for his children immensely.
Jake, Zach & Annie were often on his mind and Jeff was always looking for special ways to make the next visit with them memorable.
He would also tell me memories of growing up and tales with his brother Rick & would tell me that Jeff was the emotional one.
Coaching his players was also super special to Jeff. I admired his desire to give back and help shape young lives.
On a personal note, when the mood struck, he would sing, or perhaps it was just to drown out my singing. On a few occasions he would even dance. The last song we danced to, was Brick House, it was his request to the DJ. That memory makes me smile.
I´m taking his advice and I can still hear him, `Hang in there.´

Dear Family,
I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. I worked briefly with Jeff last year (for about one year) and he was great to work with. Always giving you time when he could. Whenever we had time for a quick chat it always centered around his children and what they were up to! He was very proud of you all and obviously loved being a dad!
