He is survived by his wife Cora, 4 children, Perla, John Jr., Alex, and Romulo, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Vigil Friday, August 13, 2004, 7:30 p.m. at LIMA FAMILY MORTUARY, 1315 Hollenbeck Avenue, Sunnyvale and Memorial Service on Saturday, August 14, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. at Church of the Resurrection.

JOHN,WAS A GREAT MAN ,FATHER,HUSBAND,HE WILL BE DEEPLY MISS.GO NOW MY BROTHER & REST IN PEACE.I WAS NOT ONLY HIS MECHANIC FOR MANY YEARS,BUT HIS FRIEND.THE ONLY THING THAT REGRET IS NOT VISTING JOHN AS MUCH WHEN HE MOVE FROM SUNNYVALE.HE WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBER IN MY THOUGHTS,YOURE FRIEND,OLD MECHANIC FRED CORONA (CARLOS AUTO SER.)
