Resident of San Jose
Jonathan was born on July 27, 1984 in San Jose and passed away suddenly on August 29 in Santa Clara.
He graduated from Andrew Hill High School in 2002. He was a member of Cathedral of Faith Church. God and his family were his #1 priority. He loved the 49ers as well.
Jonathan is survived by his parents, Modesto and Anna Maria Valenzuela; his siblings, Robert (Connie) Valenzuela, Grace Valenzuela, Annabell (Rodrigo) Casillas, Joanne Valenzuela, Nathaniel (Danielle) Valenzuela, Monique (Miguel) Borcequin, Moyses Valenzuela; 5 nieces; 2 nephews; and numerous relatives and many friends.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thurs, Sept 6 at 10am at Cathedral of Faith 2315 Canoas Garden Ave., San Jose.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to his memorial fund in care of Anna Maria Valenzuela. Donations can be deposited at any Bank of America into account #0157870636.

Primo I am going to miss you dearly, especially thru Facebook where you posted all those good dishes you prepared and got me hungry all the time. You where such an unique and amazing cousin that always worried about everyone. We had such an awesome time when you came over on my dad's birthday and we visited my sister in the hospital. We also shared peanut butter cookies. PRIMO I JUST WANTED TO SAY I LOVE YOU AND TO BAD WE DIDN'T SPEND MORE TIME TOGETHER.

Jonathan you were always an amazing friend. You always knew how to make everyone smile. Especially me. I remember you always with a huge smile. Walking around A Hill with me during lunch. After you graduated it was boring without you. I know you're smiling down on everyone you loved. Rest in peace.

My husband and I ran across a young man the other night.He was happy go lucky with an awesome and friendly disposition, we both agreed he reminded us of the wonderful and sweet person Jonathan was. We miss you Jonathan and your example of faithfulness and love and devotion to your family will stay with me always.

Jonathan you were they type of person that no one could help but like , you had that type of personality that made those around you want to get to know you better and feel happy and joyous as you did, you made friends with those who where lucky to meet you and welcomed them with open arms no questioned asked never one to judge I'm glad I was given the opertunity to have met you.
