My wife and I met Julie in 1975 when we opened a Vintage Clothing store in the Campbell courtyard. It was right next to her Dad's thrift store, and Julie would come over to visit. I believe she was about 19 years old at the time. She would usually offer to cut my hair. She was always fun and vivacious, and anyone she met would be delighted to know her. She was smart and interesting, and she had a wicked sense of humor. We would sometimes run into her at Santana row or downtown Los Gatos over the years. We will miss seeing her smiling face.
