Strange as it may be..I met Kristan, back in 86', when I was living in Miami. I met her when I was working as a Advertising representative for South Florida Business Journal, and she was working for..I want to say...Hawks Cay. She was incredibly sweet, and left a lasting impression on me. God Bless.

Kristan was a bright, and shining star. She was beautiful in form, and in her nature. She also knew how to laugh, and have a good time.
She was a very unique person, and did all she could to bring something special to all who she met.
If one was lucky enough to know her, she left a mark on you, and it came from a very good place.
A very good friend, that is for sure.

Kristan was my roommate for a while and I can say for a fact that she was one of the most kindhearted people I have ever met. She put a high priority on the well being of others, whether it was trying to cheer me up when I'd had a bad day, or visiting people who were sick, or speaking up on behalf of others. She was also very patient and had a great sense of humor. Her family's loss is also the world's loss. My condolences to them, but I have no doubt that Kristan has earned a fine place in Heaven.
As the saying goes, "It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness."
