Marjorie Langdon Obituary

LANGDON, Marjorie-- age 89, died peacefully June 14, leaving husband, Paul Langdon and son Larry Langdon, IRS Commissioner of Large and Mid Size Business Division and retired Vice President, Hewlett Packard as well as Larry's wife Charlotte Sue Langdon, a daughter-in-law Patricia Langdon, grandchildren Ginger Langdon-Lassagne, Rev. Robin Langdon, Michelle Olson, Annette Langdon, Heidi Langdon, and Jonathon Langdon, 2 great-grandchildren and her brother Lloyd Clark. She is predeceased by her son Robert Langdon.
Born in Germantown, Ind., Marjorie later served for 30 years as church secretary to several pastors at Westgate Friends Church in Columbus, Ohio and was the Director of the nursery school. A loving mother, she was known for hospitality, hosting Sunday dinners for her sons' college friends. Marjorie also enjoyed working with roses.
Services will be held on July 26th at 1:00 p.m. at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church, 950 Santa Cruz Ave., Rev. Frank VanderZwan officiating. The family respectfully requests no floral gifts, please send memorials to the Missions Department of Menlo Park Presbyterian Church.
