Rita Marie Lamendella

While a patient in the ER for a minor concern, Rita suffered a fatal heart attack. She was 85. Her sparkling personality resulted in ever-blossoming friendships, old and new. She was an avid cook and baker who loved to dance, spend time in her garden, and make glitter cards for loved ones. Above all else, Rita loved her children and grandchildren, who were her greatest source of pride and joy. Rita is survived by her sister Carol Cate, son Somesh (Paul) Lamendella, daughter Amy Lamendella and James Kovacs, grandchildren Dimitri, Andre & Anika Tsyrganovich Lamendella, brother-in-law Bob Myers, nephew Rob Myers and family, and niece Jenny Myers and family.
