Robert Frank Bumbaca

BUMBACA, Robert Frank-- Bob has left all of us after a long battle with cancer on June 18th. Bob was born on November 24, 1933 in Garyowen, Wyoming. His mother and father brought him out to the Bay Area in 1948. He was an Automobile Technician for more than 45 years, last serving Joe Kerley Lincoln Mercury in San Jose.
Bob is survived by his loving mother Tena, loving wife of 50 years Jennie, 5 children, Bernice, Bobby, Bill, Jim, and Leroy, 3 daughters-in-law, Linda, Wendy, and Kellie, 7 grandchildren, Melissa, Jason, Robby, Michelle, Alex, Valerie, and Billy, 2 great-grandchildren Blake and Tianna, who was born 2 days after Bob left us.
Bob enjoyed all kinds of fishing, especially trout, gardening, automobile repair, making whirly birds and camping with the family.
Private services will be held at the family residence in Pollock Pines at a future date. We will miss him greatly. Thank you Snowline Hospice of Placerville and especially to Denise, Carole, and Joanne for all of their help the past few weeks.
