How much can you miss a person? A whole lot, apparently. We had a VERY rocky start, but in the end you were one of the most loved people in my life. I miss you every day. I hope you´re flyin´´ high wherever you are.

Has so much time flown by already? It really is forever, and I miss you. I keep thinking about how close we were in the end, and how much you loved watching the kids run and play. They loved Papa as much as we all did, and we all miss you and think of you often. We love you!

We met by chance when you were selling some of your lovely exotic wood. Our entire woodturning club benefited from that purchase, and your kindness and warmth turned a sale into a friendship, through our shared love of beautiful wood and woodworking.
We kept in touch over the years and were excited to share with you the photos of the wonderful artwork your wood inspired. We still have pieces of wood in the shop with your name on them, waiting to be turned into something magical.
You had a lovely spirit. We all miss you and hope you're in a better place now. Thanks for sharing the great hugs and your wonderful smile - safe journey.

It's been almost a year, and I think if you all the time. You are in my thoughts, in my dreams, on my mind. I remember writing this obituary at the dining room table and, just as I was about to publish it, this thought crept into my mind, 'its as if he's no longer here.' as if I didn't know. I hope you will forever be fishing, and laughing, flying your box kite and looking at the stars.

Will always miss you. Our relationship started in turmoil and wound up being something greater than either of us could imagine. While your last conscious moments with us will be forever something I will have to overcome, it brings me peace to know you KNEW we would be your advocates. That we knew you well enough that we could sense what you needed, and fight tooth and nail to get it for you. Jenica, Michelle and I, our FAMILY, are closer than ever, I know that is something you craved in life, know that even in hard ties we stand together, united in our grief, remembering you in such ways that you would be relieved. We LOVE you. Always. You will never be far away and we will ALWAYS love you. I know without a doubt you will always take this with you. You fought the good fight, that is all that matters, we will see you someday.
Miss you brother. God Speed.

Rob, we hadn't seen you in years, now that opportunity is gone. For many years we were such good friends. Seacliff beach, camping in Bodega Bay. Your huge box kite flying with you chasing along behind it while leaping over people on blankets was quite the sight! Stargazing in the mountains laying on the old blanket we still have. All these memories will be treasured, sleep well old friend

Rod was always very upbeat! Was always a hard worker, he had a job even when they were hard to come by. You will truly be missed. My heart goes out to the family.
