Robin was born in Los Angeles, CA to Nancy Lavon Schraeder and Leonard Wayne Yates. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Sobers; his wife, Lisa Yates; sons Jackson and Maxwell; and granddaughter Aurora.
Besides family, the pride of his life was his business, Superior Clutch. Robin spent over 35 years in the industry, and his clutches were regarded as the best by his many customers.
Per his wishes, no services will be held.

Dear Lisa and family,
I'm so sorry to learn that Robin has passed away. I was not at Regional Hospital on 8/31. When I went yesterday I asked for him and was told he had been transferred to Kaiser. I called Kaiser today which sent me looking here. Again I am so sorry. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
