Ruth Jenkins Obituary
Ruth Lynette ("Bunky") Jenkins
Born January 22, 1941 in Corpus Christi, Texas and died July 6, 2007 in San Jose California at the age of 66. She is survived by her son and his family, Billy, Robyn, Kyle and Madison Galerston of Dallas, Texas; her daughter and her family, Rebecca, Marc, Jessica and Eric Jedel of San Jose, California, and a sister, Suzie Patton of Austin, Texas. She was known as "Grummie" to her four (4) grand children and their friends. She has been fortunate to live in a supportive community at Corinthian House in Campbell, California for the last few years. While Lynette's passing is a cause of great grief and sadness, we note that it ended a great deal of suffering on her part. Mom, we love you and we will miss you. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. July 29, 2007, at Corinthian House, 250 Budd Ave., Campbell, CA 95008; (408) 374-4522. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Corinthian House in Mom's honor.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
