Born December 21, 1929, a loving wife for 63 years to husband Theodore Mejia, mother of two daughters & a son, grandmother of 9, and great grandmother of 12. On March 8, 2012, the matriarch gently transitioned from this world to join her son in the perfect world. On Mon., March 12, 2012, at 11 a.m., her life will be celebrated at Lima Campagna - Alameda Mission Chapel in San Jose.

Grandma, I miss visiting you and falling asleep in your room as you watched your novelas. I miss giggling with you. I miss your smile, your warmth, and your love. I hope you're with Grandpa and my Dad and you're watching over us. Till we meet again.

Grandma, words can't express how much I miss you already, but I know you know how much you were loved. You were the rock in our family and it will never be the same without you.
I find solace knowing you are now with my Dad in peace and I will see you both again someday when it's my time.
Thank you for being such an important part of my life and in the lives of everyone you'd touched.
