Henderson, Nevada
Beloved Steve Biondo, who was a dedicated and loyal husband, father and grandfather. Age 78, Born Oct. 18th 1932 passed away August 29th, 2011. He was born in a small town in Sicily and migrated to the United States, where he became a U.S Citizen. Steve spent 50 plus years in San Jose, California as a barber and then retired to Henderson, Nevada in 2002. His passion and love in life was family, golf and ocean front beaches. Steve is survived by his beloved wife, Angela Biondo, 53 years of marriage, the eldest daughter, Anita L. Hendrickson (spouse Rich V. Hendrickson) and (twins) son Frank S. Biondo and daughter Francesca M. Rigoni (spouse Frank A. Rigoni) and grandson Richard M. Hendrickson. Steve will be remembered and loved by his sister Louise Vitale and family of San Jose, California and brother John Biondo and family of Saint Louis Missouri, youngest sister Anita Mason and family of Oregon. He will now be reunited with father Frank P. Biondo, mother Ana Gianussa Biondo, brother Vince Biondo, sister Mary Chirco and sister Pearl Oliveri.
Visitation from 2:00pm with Vigil service at 7:00pm Sunday September 4, 2011 at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, Ca. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday Sept 5, 2011 at 10:30am at Holy Family Church 4848 Pearl Ave., San Jose, Ca.

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Steve. Steve was a kind and gentle soul. Steve began cutting my hair in 1969 when I was 9, and when I had a son, Steve was the only person I could imagine giving him his first haircut. Can you imagine the number of photo albums in San Jose, like ours, where Steve is pictured giving a first haircut to a little boy? Steve was the consummate pro and always, always smiling and in good spirits. May you and your family be blessed during this time of sorrow and find strength in memories and in each other.

Hi Dad,
Today is Sunday and we are thinking of you today and everyday. It has been very very diffcult without you around. Our hearts feel you all around but the house seem to be empty and lonely without you. We are remembering the good old days and cherishing your photos. Many, many friends and family miss you, especially Tony across the street in Henderson. We all miss you very much!
I know you are with us and watching over all of us....Mom misses you terribly! including Uncle John and Aunt Lousie. They all miss you very much!
