Eugene Kleimo Obituary
A Celebration of Life for Eugene E. Kleimo, 65, of Hoyt Lakes, will be 3pm-6pm Friday, June 27, 2025 at the Hoyt Lakes Community Center.
He died June 16, 2025 at Essentia Health – Northern Pines in Aurora, Minn.
Eugene was born November 9, 1959, in Virginia, Minn., to Clarence E. and Betty M. (Johnson) Kleimo. He was a 1978 graduate of Aurora-Hoyt Lakes High School and later attended Plumbing Schooling in Jackson, Minn.
On August 9, 1980, he married Pamela Huusko in Hoyt Lakes. He began working for MinnTac and throughout his life worked in various capacities and occupations.
Eugene was a former member of the Hoyt Lakes JC's and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He especially enjoyed time spent with his grandchildren and attending their events.
Survivors include his wife, Pam; children: Jacob (Tricia) Kleimo and Seazon (Jamie Church) Kleimo; grandchildren: Dameon (Noelle), Avery, Rylan and Hadley; great grandchildren: Julian, Kenzlee and Gracelynn; sister, Marcia (Eugene) Lawyer; mother-in-law, Shirley Huusko; several nieces and nephews; furry companions: Ellie and Magnolia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Betty Kleimo and numerous extended family members.
Arrangements by Ziemer-Moeglein-Shatava Funeral Home in Aurora.
