Emmett - Edward "Eddie" Heath passed away peacefully in his home on November 9, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Eddie was born in Emmett, Idaho on September 26, 1941 to Harold "Curly" and Laverna Caperon Heath. He grew up on the Emmett bench with his sister Vernadene and his brother Jimmy. Eddie attended Central Mesa and graduated from Emmett High School in 1961.
Eddie grew up immersed in the world of rodeo and in 1958, he joined his father in the arena as a clown and bullfighter. Together, they traveled extensively throughout the Northwest. Eddie was inducted into the Idaho Rodeo Hall of Fame in 2024, and had the honor of being named the 2025 PRCA Black Canyon Stock Show and Rodeo Grand Marshal.
Eddie was blessed with three boys Todd, Mark, and Matthew in a marriage with Melinda Carlsen. In 1983, Eddie married Kris Mullins whose sons are Jason and Ryan Humphries. As a blended family, they shared a wonderful 42 1/2 years of adventure together.

In 1991 Eddie joined the Evan's Realty team where he remained until retiring from Real Estate in 2011.
In 1989 Eddie attended Western College of Auctioneering where he was President of his class. Eddie was an Auctioneer for Caldwell Auction for many years. Together with his wife Kris, they successfully owned and operated Heath Auction Company for around 30 years. It was during this time that his passion for collecting began!
Eddie was devoted to his family, and he loved spending quality time together. Some of his favorite activities were hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, pool parties, celebrating birthdays and holidays and going on his daily walks with Hank and his brother-in-law Steve.
