Kristine Pauplis Obituary

Kristine (Schwartz) Pauplis, 49, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 25, 2012, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Framingham, May 22, 1962, to the late Elizabeth (Jenks) and E. Richard Schwartz. During her school years, she was a member of the Framingham Skating Club, the Eagles Girls Ice Hockey Team in Natick and the So. Natick Jr. Rifle Club. She graduated in 1980 from Framingham South High School and continued her education to earn a BSEE in 1985 from Western New England College and her MBA from Anna Maria College in 2001 and was most recently employed by Tetra Tech Inc. of Fort Collins, Colo. Kristine leaves behind her husband, Steven, of Loveland, Colo.; father, E. Richard Schwartz, Lunenburg; brother, Donald Schwartz and his wife, Jeanne, of Holliston; sister, Nancy Schwartz of Framingham; brother, Karl Schwartz and his wife, Carol, of Bedford; her stepmother, Mary Howe Schwartz, Lunenburg; and step-sisters, Navissa Kaiser of Mesa, Ariz., and Miriam Khan of Olympia, Wash. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 21, at 11 a.m., at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Fitchburg. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Relay For Life Loveland and Berthoud, Team Conquering Cancer at www.lovelandberthoudrelayforlife.org.
