Sandra DiGiandomenico Obituary

Sandra DiGiandomenico NATICK Sandra R. (Wilson) DiGiandomenico, 64, of Natick, died Saturday, March 29, 2008, at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham, following a long illness. Born in Plainfield N.J. on January 28, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Hazel (Luhr) Wilson. A resident of Natick for the past 47 years, Sandra was raised in Westfield N.J., attending Westfield High School. Prior to her illness she had been employed at Dana Hall, in Wellesley, for 20 years. Devoted to her husband, children and grandchildren, Sandra enjoyed crafting, sewing and cooking for her family. Throughout her life she enjoyed movies and was known for her movie trivia. She spent many happy times with her family and friends at her home on the Cape, in Harwich, where relished the time spent at the beach.. She was the beloved wife of Charles G. DiGiandomenico and the cherished mother of Lisa Spencer and her husband, Tom, of Natick, Michele Argir and her husband, Jim, of Holliston, Amy Kelley and her husband, Tim, of Natick, Charles S. DiGiandomenico and his wife, Lauren, of Framingham; devoted sister of Russell Wilson of Pennsylvania, Dr. Robert Wilson of California, and the late Gail Diane Wilson; loving grandmother to T.J., Kyle and Jessica Spencer, Corey and Brianna Argir; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in St. Patricks Church Wednesday, April 2, at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery in South Natick. Visiting hours in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home (www.everettfuneral.com) 4 Park St., at Natick Common, will be Tuesday 4 to 8 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made in her name to the National Kidney Foundation, 85 Astor Ave., Norwood MA 02062 or the Lupus Foundation, 40 Speen St., Suite 205, Framingham MA 01701.
