PIQUA -- Andrew George Nicholas Kraska, 61, of Piqua, formerly of Bradenton, Florida, passed away unexpectedly at 10:50 a.m. Saturday, October 2, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 14, 1960 in Dayton to the late Nicholas Frank and Frances Inez (Taylor) Kraska.
Survivors include two siblings, Mitchell (Kathy) Kraska, Cathy Barlage; his nieces and nephews, Amy (Keith) Caldwell, Michael Holder, Nick Kraska, and Nicholas (Nicole) Kuntz; his great nieces and nephews, Alexander, Rose and Addie Kuntz; and his close friend Vicki from Florida. He was preceded in death by three siblings, Fran Kraska, Debbie Holder, and Thomas Kraska.
Andrew worked as an over the road trucker and a custom painter for cars, hot rods and anything fast. He loved racing of all kinds, and was an avid hot rod builder. Andrew moved to Florida over a decade ago for his love of the water, going fishing on the Gulf and exploring the different areas of Florida. Special thanks is given to Nick, Cindy, Michael and Nick Kuntz for their compassionate care given to Andrew the last few months.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home is assisting the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you do a burnout in a safe place in his memory.
