For 17 years, David was married to his late wife, Betty, who was one of my dearest friends. We had lots of fun together over the years, including the times they visited me in Boston. David loved Halloween, so it was only fitting that they visit over Halloween and attend the Witches' Ball in Salem! Such fun we had! He enjoyed having fun and they had so much fun together! I will miss him. My deepest sympathy to his family.

Dave was a star player in Piqua and is still remembered in Sidney by those who competed against him. Best wishes to his family.

I worked with Dr Gallagher at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus Indiana. I was so saddened to hear of his passing. He was kind and caring and had such a funny sense of humor! May he rest in peace. Sincere condolences to his family and friends
