TIPP CITY - Donald Lee Earnest, age 88 of Tipp City, OH passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Born November 30, 1932 in Wheeling, WV to the late Grover and Gertrude Earnest. Along with his parents Donald is preceded in death by 6 siblings. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosella {Maiden} Earnest, daughter, Dawn (Mike) Bowman, Monroe, NC, sisters, Sheila Hyatt and Brenda Earnest-Hill.
Donald proudly served his country during the Korean War in the United States Air Force, was the Branch Chief of the 4950th Test Wing at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, a member of the Korean War Veterans Association and served 2 terms on the Tipp City council.
Private services have been entrusted to Frings And Bayliff Funeral Home, 327 W. Main St., Tipp City, OH 45371.
Contributions may be made in loving memory of Donald to the Boys and Girls Club of Dayton; 1828 W. Stewart St., Dayton, OH 45417. Online condolences may be expressed at www.fringsandbayliff.com
