PIQUA -Timothy P. Wagner, 64, of Piqua, passed away from a sudden illness at 7:17 a.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at the Miami Valley Hospital. He was born June 8, 1957 in Piqua to the late Luther Gene and Dorothy L. (Berry) Wagner. He married Kimberly A. Curtis March 14, 1981 at St. Boniface Catholic Church; and she survives.
Other survivors include four children, Peggy (Robert) Selhorst of Jackson Center, Jill (Ernie) Puff of DeGraff, Mike Wagner, Zackary Wagner both of Piqua; six grandchildren; two sisters, Terry (Rick) Fry, Tammy Wagner all of Piqua; and a brother, Tony (Cindy) Wagner of Sidney.
Mr. Wagner was a 1975 graduate of Piqua Central High School where he was a member of the Band. He and his wife, Kim, were Foster Parents for over 100 children, making a positive difference in their lives. He was an accomplished drummer and respected as a musician for many years. Recently, he helped the residents of Garbry Ridge Assisted Living. He will be remembered for his kindness to others and his role model as a Dad. He will be deeply missed by his extensive family, friends and others he has touched.
A service to honor his life will be announced at a future date. Arrangements are being handled through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Piqua High School Music Boosters, 1 Indian Trail, Piqua, OH 45356.
